Dr Len Ber, MD

Leonid “Len” Ber received his MD degree in the former USSR where he specialized and practiced as an endocrinologist. He came to the US in the early 90’s to work for a pharmaceutical company. US Naturalized citizen, Len works in the regulatory field for a food company in the Chicago area. As one of the few civilians given the same diagnosis by Dr. Hoffer of the University of Miami as the US Embassy personnel returning from Cuba, Dr. Ber is a strong public advocate for establishing the use of neuroweapons and DEW as a public health issue, that must be investigated by government agencies, and by making it a political issue through public and media outreach. Dr. Sally Priester is a New York born and an American Physician working in Puerto Rico, a territory of the United States. Dr. Priester is an independent physician practicing Sovereign Medicine. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Ana is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, United States District and Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. After obtaining her B.A. from Columbia College in New York City, she obtained a Juris Doctor from University of Puerto Rico Law School and a Master of Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
Ana became a targeted individual over 20 years ago when pursuing her call to organize and represent environmental justice communities in Puerto Rico, representing thousands of clients in federal citizen suits and state complex and class action litigation.
Her current mission is that of fighting the targeting and torture of individuals.

I am a Polish pediatrician, living in Warsaw. I have studied medicine in France and I finished it in 1989 at Medical University in Warsaw. After my studies I worked at Pediatrics Institutes in Warsaw, as well as I had performed my skills at Hospital Necker in Paris. When my problems started, I worked in a private outpatient clinic in Warsaw.
In 2013, I moved to France, to live quietly. I worked there in two hospitals and had a private pediatric practice, with a lot of patients and a lot of on-call duties at a private clinic. I moved back, unhappily, to Poland in 2019 because of my father’s cancer.
After 3 months, I realized that I have, once again, the microwave attacks with the burned skin when awakened in the morning, and horrible headaches with nausea.

She also is a professional singer with a BFA in Music from Boston University, member of Screen Actors Guild/AFTRA and is a former Miss Boston and Miss Long Island in the Miss America Organization. She has worked for the past 28 years in Music Ministry throughout the Diocese of Rockville Center, serves as a NY Notary Public and is the proud mother of two daughters.

Dr. Holland then completed her medical school education, Residency, and Fellowship, and became board certified by the American Board of Medical Subspecialties in Dermatopathology in 2011.
She has been an avid researcher, concerning all aspects of the Targeting Program, such as surveillance, no touch torture of individuals, and “Morgellon’s” Disease, for approximately eleven years - the point at which she began to personally experience several similar symptoms described by many of the innocent and unknowing human experimentation subjects. She uses her medical training background and skills, including years of experience and knowledge of the evaluation of human skin under a microscope. The former is invaluable in the collection of physical vital information, which may otherwise be overlooked, in finally putting an end to this inhumane research, currently being performed on helpless human subjects.

For years, Spencer served in three different police departments spreading his roots in North Carolina. He began with community policing under President Clinton's Cops Now Grants, and frequently became a name in local newspapers for his outstanding service and dedication. He soon became promoted to Assistant Chief of Police because of his exemplary skills in solving crimes, and his ability to lead his department into the new millennium. Spencer attended the North Carolina Justice Academy in which he became certified in Police Law Institute, Dynamics in Child Abuse, Interview and Interrogation, Physical and Technical Surveillance, Advanced Sex Related Death Investigation, Drug Interdiction, and many more training courses relation to the Criminal Investigation Certificate Program (CICP) in Salemburg, North Carolina.
